Bronze cards are some of the most useful cards in the game, yet most players overlook them – either selling them off straight away or ignoring them completely. That’s a mistake in FC 27. This guide covers why bronzes matter and how to make the most of them.
Trading
Just like gold cards, bronzes can be traded for a steady profit. These two methods are the easiest way to get started.
Investing
Whenever bronze cards from major nations drop to around 200 coins, that’s your buy signal. Pick up 10, 20, or even 100 of them, but only one of each player – this keeps you from ending up with duplicates you can’t use. Wait for Marquee Matchups or an SBC that calls for bronze cards, and you can easily double or triple your investment with very little effort.
Flipping
Focus on the top five leagues. Search by position or club to narrow your results, find the minimum buy-now price for each one, then snipe or bid on anything listed below it. Check the going rate for each individual card once you own it, then relist at that price for a profit – some positions within certain clubs sell for noticeably more than others so a quick check per card is worth it.
Club Stocking – Bronze Pack Method
This is the most important part of trading bronzes. It’s called the Bronze Pack Method, and it’s simple: open bronze packs and sell everything that actually sells.
Check each player and consumable (aside from contracts) to see their value, then list anything worth more than 200 coins. Keep anything that sells for less. You can also mass list bronze contracts – some of these will fetch around 200 coins too. Don’t worry if things don’t sell right away, just keep relisting and they’ll go over time.
What you’re left with is hundreds of bronze players sitting in your club. These count toward daily SBCs and Marquee Matchups, letting you pull gold cards into your club for free. Alternatively, throw them into bronze upgrades for silvers, then upgrade those silvers to golds or use them in other SBCs.
Bronzes are also a key part of the League SBC method – with a bit of effort and regular club maintenance, you can craft hundreds of free packs every month. It’s one of the most popular ways to enjoy Ultimate Team without spending real money on FC Points.
